Your Mission:

Performance Boutique is looking for a senior-level professional capable of taking full ownership of a team and complex projects, combining strategic vision, execution, project management, and client leadership.

At PB, the Strategist is the business owner of the team: coordinating specialist resources, ensuring final outcomes (MER, ROAS, Profitability), and acting as the trusted authority for the partner.

In practical terms, the Strategist runs a small business within the business — accountable for the results of their project portfolio, team revenue, and operational costs.

As an additional incentive, the role includes a percentage of the profit generated by the portfolio under management.

The Role: Performance Strategist

You will not be a mere executor. You will be the strategic mind behind the growth of the projects within your operational portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

01. Performance Marketing

Strategic definition and management of projects

Full ownership of results

In the initial phase, direct management of selected paid channels where senior-level expertise is required

Scaling decisions and budget management

Numerical analysis and detailed reporting

02. Project & Team Management

You will lead a specialised micro-team focused on performance marketing (Media Buyers for Meta and Google, plus Designers and Video Editors)

You will be responsible for client communication

You will have full ownership in building processes and procedures with your team

You will be responsible for presenting numbers, insights, and reports to clients

03. Innovation & Process Optimisation

You will own the P&L of your team and project portfolio

After the onboarding phase, you will help train junior hires supporting daily execution

You will be the key point of reference for your team, your clients/partners, and the founders regarding the business unit under your management

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Your Professional Toolkit:

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Strategy or Performance Marketing roles (within a structured agency or in-house on meaningful projects)

Direct Response Expertise: Strong grounding in direct response marketing and deep understanding of business metrics (LTV, CAC, Contribution Margin)

Analytical Mindset: Complete command of numbers. You can read a CRM and Business Manager better than most people read a book

Project Management: Ability to plan, manage critical deadlines, and mitigate risks with full ownership

Effective Communication: You can translate technical data into business insights understood by founders and stakeholders

Technical Competence: Advanced hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads platforms, with foundational knowledge of data tracking systems

What We Are Not Looking For:

No recent experience managing performance marketing budgets above €50k/month within the last 6–12 months

No prior experience leading a team in a performance marketing environment

Resistance to constant self-improvement in an industry that changes every 24 hours

We Want You on the Team If:

Bonus Points: You can manage performance campaigns across the Google / YouTube ecosystem

You are energised by the idea of scaling advertising budgets and spending money online to generate visible, measurable results

You have an entrepreneurial / hacker mindset and believe every problem can be solved through effort and AI

You already have case studies involving scaled businesses and significant budget management

You could talk about performance marketing and sales 24/7, 365 days a year

Last, but certainly not least: you know how to work well with others, communicate respectfully and calmly, and lead when leadership is required

Salary & bonus:

▸ Base Salary: €1,750 – €2,500 net per month, depending on your experience

▸ Performance Bonus: 10–20% of the net profit your project portfolio generates for PB
