You will take ownership of creative strategy and the production of high-performing assets that power campaigns for our clients across Beauty, Fashion, Finance, and B2B Lead Generation.
This is not about creating “beautiful creatives.” It is about producing content that converts, scales, and generates measurable profit.

Develop data-driven creative strategies based on client briefs, competitor analysis, and historical performance
Build repeatable creative frameworks across verticals (Beauty DTC, Fashion eCommerce, Finance Lead Gen, B2B)
Translate business objectives into clear creative directions for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok
Work closely with Media Buyers and Digital Strategists to ensure alignment between creative execution and media strategy



Manage the full creative production process end-to-end: from brief to final delivery
Coordinate creators, videographers, designers, and copywriters (internal and external) to ensure top-quality output
Build and maintain a library of templates, hooks, and high-performing formats for each channel
Implement structured creative testing systems (A/B testing hooks, body copy, CTAs, formats)

Analyse creative metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Thumb-Stop Ratio) and turn them into actionable insights
Produce weekly creative performance reports for each client and identify winning patterns
Build data-backed creative playbooks: what works, what to avoid, and best practices by sector
Train the team on performance-driven creativity principles and emerging trends


Performance-Oriented Creative Experience: 1–2+ years in a creative role (in-house or agency) with a focus on paid advertising and measurable ROAS / CPA outcomes
Multi-Channel Technical Skills: Practical mastery of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, plus tools such as Figma, CapCut, Canva, and ChatGPT for concepting and production
Analytical Mindset: You do not stop at “I like it / I don’t like it.” You speak in CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and campaign data
Briefing & Project Management Skills: You can write clear briefs, manage freelancers or suppliers, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
Availability: Full-time, remote, with availability for monthly in-person meetings (Marche / Milan area) and weekly team alignments



No real paid advertising experience in the last two years
Never managed media budgets or analysed campaign performance
Looking for a purely artistic / brand role with no focus on conversion or measurable outcomes

You love numbers: seeing your video CTR jump from 0.8% to 2.5% gives you an adrenaline rush
You naturally think in terms of which hook captures attention in the first three seconds and which CTA drives the click
You have stories of creative campaigns that helped scale budgets from €5k to €50k/month while maintaining ROAS
